Home Remedy 1

Needables:

• Cardamom - 2
• Water - 250 ml

Steps:

• Coarsely smash the whole cardamom.
• Add to water and boil the mixture for around 15 minutes.
• Sieve through a strainer.
• Sip it before it cools down for better feel.

Home Remedy 2

Needables:

• Gooseberry
• Water

Steps:

• Mix 1 teaspoon of gooseberry powder in water.
• Consume it twice a day.

Home Remedy 3:

Needables:

• Ginger - a medium size piece
• Water - 250 ml

Steps:

• Cut ginger into small pieces.
• Boil it in water for around 15 minutes.
• You can also chew ginger if you find it comfortable.

Note:

• While boiling cardamom or ginger in water, you can add tea powder and little sugar or jaggery to enhance its taste.
