Scrapbook Sheet Paper Bag - DIY

DIY Method 1

Things Needed

• Scrapbook paper or any colourful paper
• Scotch tape
• Hole punch
• Reinforcement labels
• Gift tag

Steps To Do

step 1

Get things ready

Step 2

Fold and crease the top of paper 3 inches and fold both sides of paper to meet in the middle.

Step 3

Tape from top to bottom and then fold and crease the bottom 3 inches like you did in the first step

Step 4

Open bottom section along the folds you made on the previous step and crease flap inward. If you couldnt follow please have a look at the image below

Step 5

Now fold two flaps to meet in the middle and tape across the bottom of the bag

Step 6

Open the bag and punch holes at the top end

Step 7

Its time to add the reinforcement labels to holes and make handles by sliding ribbon ends through holes

Step 8

Tie ends of the ribbon inside of bag and add a gift tag if needed

DIY Method 2

Step 1

Get things ready

Step 2

Cut one third side of the paper on one side and fold top end down to 3 inches

Step 3

Turn the paper and fold both ends to meet in the middle and tape it

Step 4

Fold the bottom up. Decide the inch to be folded on the basis of the width you need for you bag. If you fold 3 inches up, you will get a 3 inch wide bag.  Open the folded part and crease the flap  inward as shown below

Step 5

Double fold the flap to meet in the middle and tape it.

Step 6

open the bag and punch holes at the center

Step 7

Place eyelet in both holes 

Step 8

Tie a ribbon through the holes and keep a gift tag if needed.

• A4 Paper
• Scissor
• Paper Puncher

The method remains the same here but the difference is created with the embellishments to make it look unique

Paper Gift bag - A Final Look

Light Weight Newspaper Gift bag

Things Needed

• Newspaper
• Color ribbon
• Stick Glue

Steps To Do

Step 1
Cut out a rectangle of newspaper (about 30 × 55 cm)
Fold down keeping the central point in half, making sure that a small paper overlap remains

Step 2

Glue the two parts of the paper, in the overlapping point of the edges in this way you will get the " structure " of the bag

Step 3

Fold the bottom about 5 cm

Step 4

Open the fold that has been created and fold the external parts inward, forming two triangles, gluing them to fix them

Step 5

Fold the remaining "wings" in half and glue them to fix them in this way you will get the bottomof the bag

Step 6

Open the bag with your hands inside

Step 7

Join the upper edges (pressing the upper part about 2cm) and make a small fold of about 1cm

Step 8

Fold the paper lace discs in half. Make two small carvings on the paper lace disk, only on one side and Glue the central part of the paper lace disk on both the front and back sides.

Step 9

Pass the ribbon in the two notches of the paper lace disk
Make a closing bow
