Steps:

• Take a Lamp and surround it with white paper
• Fold the paper plate into half
• Cut a small strip out from the folded portion
• Glue this portion to the paper surrounding the lamp
• Repeat the same procedure with other plates also till you cover the entire paper surrounding the lamp shade. 
• Now switch it on and enjoy the bliss
