DeleteRemedy one can be apply internally to a toothache and sore gums. Turmeric is a herb which helps with inflammation so it's natural. There are teas of it for pain, chasing off cold and flu season as well boosting immunity. You can use it as a skin brightener and digestive aid. Please research for doses as it's a powerful herb too strong doses can cause tummy upset. Remedy 2 isn't safe to ingest of course with limestone added. Unfortunately it will stain your skin temporarily, to the comment above mine there are some natural pain salves that won't. Just pop over to pintetest! Hope this helps someone in pain today. :)
